Accessibility statement
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Where it falls short, that is a defect to be fixed, not a limitation to be explained away.
Standard and status
This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA — the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act, the UK public sector regulations and, in practice, by ADA claims in the United States.
It is a small static site: semantic HTML, no images carrying meaning, no video, no forms beyond a single email link, and no JavaScript required to read any page. Last reviewed 2 September 2026.

Known limitations
The decorative field on the home page is animated. It carries no information, is hidden from assistive technology, and stops when the operating system requests reduced motion. If it still causes difficulty, every other page is static.
Long pages use a deep heading structure; on a screen reader this is navigable by heading but the page can be long to traverse linearly. If any page is hard to use, tell us which one and we will restructure it.

Accessibility in the work we deliver
Accessibility is part of the build, not an extra line item. Interfaces we deliver are keyboard operable, colour-contrast checked and tested against a screen reader before handover. Where a client's existing design system has accessibility problems, we will say so rather than build on top of them silently.
For clients trading in the EU, the European Accessibility Act has applied to most consumer digital services since June 2025. If that affects you, raise it at scoping and it will shape the design.
