We take a small number of projects at a time so each gets real attention. Work happens in your repository, on your infrastructure, in your conventions, with progress visible daily rather than summarised in a weekly call.
Communication is written by default — decisions, trade-offs and open questions in a form you can forward and search. Calls happen when a call is genuinely faster, and always leave a written record behind.

Frequently asked questions
Where are you based and does it matter?
Work is fully remote and asynchronous by design, so timezone rarely matters in practice. We keep overlap hours with your team for anything that genuinely needs a conversation, and everything else moves in writing while you sleep.
How many clients do you work with at once?
Two or three, deliberately. It is the reason we can answer questions the same day and quote timelines we actually meet.
What if the project is bigger than your team?
We will tell you. For larger builds we either scope a first phase that one person can deliver well, or bring in specialists we have worked with before, with you knowing exactly who is doing what.
Do you sign NDAs and client contracts?
Yes, routinely. Your own contract and NDA are fine; we read them rather than rubber-stamping them, and we will flag anything unworkable before signing.
